30-day returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Trying an item on briefly for fit is acceptable, but items showing wear, damage, odors, or alterations are not eligible.

Starting a return

Contact us through the Dayvale Goods contact page before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. After an order ships, this return policy applies.
